Spring Contracting took to the water for a well-earned day of team building aboard the Ark Angel out of Kentmorr Marina. While not everyone could join us this time, those who made it out braved the wind, reeled in our limit of rockfish, and enjoyed some quality time together off the clock. From sunrise breakfast to a hearty lunch, both prepared right on the boat, we were well fed and well fired up, especially during a few rounds of clay shooting. Huge thanks to Capt. Tilghman, Capt. Andrew, and Mate Rob for keeping us safe, fed, and hooked up. Here’s to good people, good food, and making the most of the day on the bay.

We are proud to announce the completion of not one, but two 100,000 square foot building capital improvement projects in Linthicum Heights, MD for the University of Maryland Medical System. Our team performed extensive point up repairs and repainting over the last couple of months to refresh and preserve these facilities, ensuring they remain in excellent condition for years to come.

From concrete to steel, progress is rising fast at the AC Beverage project. A couple weeks back we wrapped up the slab, started on the stair towers and now our pre-engineered metal building is taking shape as the red iron is flying into place, and before long we’ll be topping it off with the roof. Big moves, steady progress, and a solid foundation for what’s ahead.

We’re proud to share that the slab-on-grade concrete has been successfully poured, and nearly three weeks ahead of schedule. This milestone marks a major step forward for the AC Beverage facility, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication and precision of our subcontractors. Huge thanks to all our crews who showed up early and will be staying late to deliver quality every step of the way. Next up, er****on of the pre-engineered metal building. Spring Contracting Group has been busy over the last few months and is proud to announce our recent completions of three new Crumbl Cookies located in Bel Air, Clarksville and Timonium. In total, we have now completed (5) Crumbl Cookies. These builds feature a gourmet bakery with state-of-the-art baking equipment and technology. Thank you to the franchisees Abbel (Bel Air & Timonium) and Ayat (Clarksville) for entrusting us with your newest locations, we are excited and looking forward to partnering with you on future builds.

Spring Contracting Group is proud to announce our recent completion and the Grand Opening of “Bowie Spay & Neuter” located in Bowie, MD. We built out over 2,600 SF of veterinary clinic including surgical space, offices, exam rooms, kennels for cats and dogs and support areas. We had the privilege of working with Doctor Alison Mocko and her team and it was truly an amazing project to be a part of. Dr. Mocko’s wit and charm are second only to her passion for animals and helping others. We greatly appreciated this opportunity to continue our mission of building purposefully.
