As we wrap up another heating season, we want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who trusted Lighthouse HVAC to keep their homes warm this winter. Your support means a lot to our team, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to serve our community.

With **energy costs continuing to rise—especially for oil and natural gas—**many homeowners are starting to look at smarter, more efficient ways to heat their homes.

Because of this, we’re running a Spring Conversion Promotion to help homeowners move from oil or gas systems to high-efficiency heat pumps or dual-fuel systems and take advantage of current incentives.

Programs like the Baltimore Gas and Electric Electrification Rebate are providing strong incentives for homeowners who transition toward electric heating solutions. Many of the most meaningful rebates available right now are focused on heat pump technology, making this a great time to upgrade.

Why more homeowners are switching:

• Lower operating costs compared to oil heating
• One system for heating and cooling year-round
• Significant utility rebates currently available
• Option for dual-fuel systems that keep gas as a backup when needed
• Cold-climate heat pumps provide better winter performance

Modern cold-climate heat pumps are designed to continue producing heat efficiently at much lower outdoor temperatures. Because of this, the system can stay in heat pump mode longer throughout the winter, which means less time relying on expensive emergency heat. The result is greater seasonal efficiency and lower heating costs across the year.

For a limited time we’re offering up to $4,000 off qualifying heat pump conversions to help homeowners take advantage of these programs while they are available.

All qualifying systems include:

• Up to a 12-year compressor and parts warranty with product registration
• 2-year labor and refrigerant warranty through Lighthouse HVAC

If you’ve been thinking about replacing an older oil or gas system, this is one of the best times to explore your options.

The company that replaced the A/C 2 years ago took the filter housing out of the supply line and told the home owner they didn’t need it…….

Today’s episode of gettem right or run the call at night, existing line sets. We are now running into a time where we are doing change outs on existing mini-split systems. Systems are becoming cheaper to replace vs the cost of repair and it gets them back under a warranty. Shooting foam bullets behind the flush or “pigs” definitely do a better job of picking up contaminants and oil left in the lines, no matter how they’re run.
