For this Bay Lake retreat, the story has unfolded over decades.

Originally built by our Nor-Son in 1998, this home has continued to evolve alongside its owners’ vision. Since purchasing the property in 2010, our clients have partnered with Nor-Son through two thoughtful additions: first a two-bedroom expansion to the south side, and most recently a west-side addition designed by their talented architect son that connects the bunkhouse to the main cabin while creating a new dining room, bedroom, and bath.

Each phase was carefully crafted to feel as though they had always been part of the home, matching the original architecture, materials, and character of the property.
Projects like this are a reminder that a home isn’t just built once. It grows with the families who love it.
