Our carpenter stopped on his way to fix a shower and gave a kid CPR until the paramedics arrived and got the kids heart beating again. - Nice job saving a life Tim Blesi.

We found a Menard's price sticker on the back of some old oak baseboard trim on a remodel. 10 for $5.40 in comparison the same trim is now $11.29 each!

No job is too big.....or small!
This local NE Minneapolis library had an extremely bad foundation causing a catastrophic failure and complete separation from the property! Proper Upkeep removed all of the damaged foundation and replaced it with a new moisture resistant products. While we were working on the property we also noticed severe water damage caused by a leaking and unprotected roof. A new drainage system and roof cover was installed which should hold up to the elements for years to come.
