🥞 🥓 Early mornings taste a little sweeter when it’s pancake breakfast day at MTG!

The management team was busy prepping at 5:00 AM, flipping pancakes, serving sausage, and (thanks to Chefrey Jeffrey) cooking up 30 pounds of crispy bacon. Our field team members stopped in before heading to their jobsites, and the office quickly filled with the best smells — and even better camaraderie.

It’s quite an operation to pull this off every year, but it’s worth it. The laughter, the full plates, and the chance to connect before the day begins are what make mornings like this so special.

A big thank you to our management team for making it happen — and to the entire MTG team for showing up the MTG way, every day.

From big plays to bigger laughs, this crew knows how to bring the energy on and off the field.

Huge thanks to Joe — MTG field tech and pro photographer — for capturing all the action. And shoutout to all the friends, family (and furry fans 🐾) who come out to cheer us on each week — you make these games even more special. It’s awesome to have opportunities like this to get our people together outside of work, build stronger connections, cheer each other on, and laugh a LOT.
