What a difference a bathroom renovation can make! 🛁✨

This bathroom got a whole new look, from the beautiful tiled shower with glass doors to the updated double vanity and bright new flooring.

We love how the lighter finishes open up the space, while the darker cabinetry adds just the right amount of contrast.

It’s amazing how a few thoughtful changes can make a space feel completely different. Take a look at the transformation! 🏡

How hard can it be to measure exactly 12 inches? 📏😂

We put the Rock & Tait team to the test, and let’s just say… some were a little more confident than accurate! 🤣

Only ONE person nailed it! 👀

Think you could do better? Stay tuned for Part 2!

Does one room in your house always feel colder than the others? 🥶

If you’re feeling drafts around your windows, don’t assume you need to replace them. Sometimes the problem isn’t the window, it’s air leaking around it.

Before spending money on new windows, find out what your home actually needs.

👉 Check out our latest blog to learn when better sealing may be enough and when it’s time to replace.

This deck turned out to be such a nice addition to the home. 🏡

We used Deckorators Voyage decking in Sierra to create a clean, low-maintenance outdoor space that feels like a natural extension of the home. The tones of the decking paired with the dark railing give it a simple, timeless look.

A space for morning coffee, a little fresh air, or just enjoying an evening at home. That’s what a good deck is all about. ☀️

Katie Kuenkel asked George a great question on Morning Connections, what does insulation actually do, and why is it so important?

The answer goes beyond just keeping your house warm. George explains how insulation, air leakage, and building science all work together to keep your home comfortable and efficient.

This bathroom got a pretty great upgrade. 🤍

We added a new tiled shower along with heated floor tile to make the space feel a little more comfortable and a lot more inviting.

There’s something nice about those little details you appreciate every day, especially stepping onto a warm floor on a cold morning.

A simple bathroom remodel, but a big difference in how the space feels. 😊

New concrete looks great, let’s keep it that way! ✨

A little care goes a long way, especially with Wisconsin weather. Keeping your concrete clean, managing water, addressing cracks early, and using the right sealer can all help protect your investment.

And when winter comes, try to avoid salt and chemical deicers on new concrete. Sand can be a better option for traction during that first winter.

Take care of your concrete now, and it can look great for years to come. 🏡

We really enjoyed seeing this front porch come together. 🤎

The new stamped colored concrete gave this entryway a fresh look while still keeping it practical and durable for everyday life.

There’s something special about coming home to a front porch that feels inviting and looks like it belongs with the rest of the house. A simple update, but one that makes a big difference.

👟 We’re proud to be a drop-off location for a local shoe drive with a special connection to the Rock & Tait team!

One of our employees’ daughters is among seven Stanley-Boyd students raising funds for their Wisconsin Ambassador of Music trip to Europe.

Donate new or gently used shoes of any size at our Rock & Tait office or Reit’s Garden Center. The donated shoes will help people in need while also supporting these local students.

Have shoes sitting in the closet that no longer get worn? Put them to good use! ❤️
