The future keeps getting brighter! Last week, in partnership with Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin, we held our 2nd Annual She Builds Chippewa Valley Construction Camp. Girls in grades 6-8 spent three days with our staff and local partners exploring the construction industry and everything it has to offer through hands-on projects, field trips, and small group mentorship. Focused on self-confidence and understanding of the entire building process, our camp aimed to open the girls' minds to futures they may not have considered. It was an exciting, action-packed week that sent everyone home with full hearts and tired feet.

Thank you to the amazing women on our M&J team and all the community partners who showed up to demonstrate to the girls the endless possibilities the construction industry offers!

A great day at the AGC of WI Summer Membership Meeting!

When we look at downtown Eau Claire today, we're reminded of the partnerships and projects that helped bring new life to the area. M&J was honored to play a role in projects like Haymarket Landing and the Pablo Center at the Confluence, projects that continue to serve as gathering places and catalysts for growth.

Now, we're excited to be part of what's next.
Construction is underway on Condesa, a live-fire steakhouse with a Latin flair, adding to Eau Claire's dining scene and bring even more energy to downtown.
