Warehouse experience is preferred, but we’re also looking for the right attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

🔧 Transport Refrigeration & Diesel Technician

$25–$38/hour DOE | Full-Time

Looking for something beyond the typical diesel technician position?

Our technicians work on everything from transport refrigeration and diesel systems to A/C, electrical diagnostics, APUs, trailers, and rental equipment.

We offer hands-on training and opportunities to earn industry certifications, including Thermo King training and EPA certifications. Diesel experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right mechanically minded candidate in refrigeration and HVAC.

4-day work week opportunities are available after required certifications and eligibility for the on-call rotation.

Labor Day is more than the unofficial end of summer; it’s a day dedicated to the people who do the work that keeps this country moving.

The first Labor Day celebration was held in New York City in 1882, when thousands of workers marched in recognition of the contributions working people made to America. In 1894, Labor Day became a federal holiday honoring the strength, skill, and determination of the American workforce.

So today, we want to simply say thank you.

Receiver Drier or Accumulator... what's the difference?

A couple of weeks ago, we talked about receiver driers.

Now let's look at their close cousin: the accumulator.

At first glance, they look similar, but they have very different jobs.

The BT4-7422 A/C Accumulator is designed for Navistar trucks with auxiliary A/C and serves one very important purpose: protecting your compressor from liquid refrigerant.

Found on systems that use a Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV)

A couple of weeks ago, we talked about the condenser.

Today, let's talk about its equally important partner: the evaporator.

The easiest way to remember the difference?

The condenser gets rid of heat.

The evaporator absorbs heat.
