We had the honor of building the brand-new Forest Lodge Library! Located right next door to the historic log cabin that served Cable and Namakagon for over 100 years, this new facility quadruples their space to better serve Bayfield County.

The new building features:
• A bright main area with a central clerestory for natural light
• Expanded reading collections
• Community meeting & private study rooms
• Dedicated computer spaces & staff offices

A big thank you to the Forest Lodge Library Board, the Town of Cable, and the Town of Namakagon for partnering with Royal on this incredible project. Here’s to the next 100+ years!

Last week, we had the pleasure of celebrating the Open House for Rogers Behavioral Health in Eau Claire, WI.

This project included the renovation of two existing suites, transforming the spaces into welcoming, calming, and supportive environments for both patients and staff.

The renovation included updated finishes throughout the suites, new flooring and wall base, fresh paint, cabinetry and countertops, upgraded lighting and electrical, new doors and hardware, wall protection, signage, plumbing fixture updates, and other improvements throughout the spaces.

Special attention was given to creating comfortable, functional spaces that support the needs of both patients and staff while maintaining a warm and inviting environment.

We are proud to have been part of this project and grateful to Rogers Behavioral Health, our design partners, subcontractors, and everyone who helped bring this vision to life.

Last Thursday, we had the privilege of celebrating the ribbon cutting for the Eau Claire South YMCA lobby renovation—a project that represents more than just the completion of a construction project. It represents what it means to be part of and invest in the Eau Claire community.

The renovated space was designed to bring people together, with a new Social Space encouraging connection and a new Classroom providing opportunities for learning, development, and creativity.

It was an honor to work alongside the YMCA to bring their vision and needs to life, creating a functional and practical space that supports their mission and the community they serve.

A special thank you to River Valley Architects, Inc. and all of the subcontractors and partners who contributed their time, talent, and expertise to making this project a success. We are proud to have been a part of it!

Eric Bauer from Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin presented Royal Construction with the prestigious Diamond STEP Safety Award!

We are incredibly proud to have achieved Diamond status in both Wisconsin and with Associated Builders and Contractors - Minnesota/North Dakota Chapter. Diamond is the highest level of recognition in ABC’s STEP health and safety program.

This award represents the safety culture Royal has worked hard to build and the commitment to safety that our team demonstrates every day in the field.

Most importantly, this achievement belongs to the hardworking men and women in the trades who show up every day, look out for one another, and take pride in doing the job safely and professionally.

Congratulations and thank you to the entire Royal team for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to safety!
