We are hiring!

We are currently looking for concrete laborers, part time shop help, and an experienced concrete polisher.
Job Descriptions:
Crew Leader / Concrete Polisher - Must have 2-3 years experience in polishing concrete. You will lead a crew in prepping and polishing concrete systems.

Concrete Laborer - You will assist our team in prepping and installing epoxy floors and polish concrete systems. Other duties include making concrete repairs, caulking expansion joints, and applying finish coating.

Part Time Shop Help - We are looking for someone who enjoys working on equipment, performing routine maintenance, replacing belts, and changing oil. We are open to working with flexible schedules and days of the week. Approximately 20 hours / week.

This is one of our Lavina concrete grinders, it is used for grinding, polishing and buffing concrete. We are looking for someone who enjoys working on equipment like the equipment shown below. We are open to working with flexible schedules and days. Job requires being able to change oil, replace belts, and perform other routine maintenance on equipment. Slabdocs had the opportunity to update an aisle way for a customer. This new aisle way had unlevel surfaces that had be pre-filled to level the surface out. Once level, Slabdocs was able to provide a chemical resistant topcoat and safety yellow lines to designate the pedestrian walkway area. Customer was able to resume normal workflow within three days.

Check out this barn floor that Slabdocs recently finished. This is a metallic epoxy floor system in a barn that is being converted into an office space! The customer came to us wanting stained concrete originally, but wanted chemical resistance as well. Slabdocs was able to provide a floor system that has a similar appearance to stained concrete but is chemically resistant to meet their requirements. This process took Slabdocs about a week to complete from start to finish. The customer was very involved in the process of picking out the color that they wanted and worked with Slabdocs in getting the look that they were after.
