Have you ever wondered where all the old roofing materials go after we tear off your roof?
Most people see a brand-new roof and never think about what happens to the thousands of pounds of shingles, felt, nails, flashing, and debris that came off.
Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look:
Every bundle of old roofing has to be removed by hand. Bucket after bucket, shovel after shovel, our crew carries the debris off your roof, loads it into our dump trailer, and hauls it away for proper disposal.
It’s hard, dirty work—but it’s an important part of every quality roofing job. A clean job site isn’t an accident. It takes planning, teamwork, and a lot of muscle.
The next time you drive past a dump trailer full of old roofing materials, remember: that’s someone’s old roof getting a fresh start.
A new roof doesn’t just protect your home—it also means responsibly removing everything that came before it.
