Safe medication disposal like this is one of the most effective ways to keep pharmaceuticals out of our wastewater system and local waterways. We’ve been made aware of a fraudulent email sent to some customers using auto pay through Banner Bank.

The email claims ESWD changed how we accept payments — this is NOT true. We have made no changes, and Banner Bank confirmed the message did not come from them.
