The community is warmly invited to join us for the groundbreaking of the Bellevue Passage Museum Campus, a new cultural destination dedicated to preserving, interpreting, and celebrating the remarkable legacy of Bellevue—one of America’s oldest African American waterfront communities.

The project will restore and repurpose the historic John U. Green Store, formerly known as Pick’s Place, as an intimate digital museum gallery. A new two-story annex will provide expanded exhibition space, educational and community programming areas, and a welcoming gathering place for residents and visitors.

The Laura House is a new 7-unit 2-bedroom/1-bath apartment infill project located in the historic district of Easton, MD. It is a two-story wood-framed structure that is sympathetic to adjacent neighbors. It utilizes planter boxes and pervious paving strategies to manage stormwater. On-site parking includes future EV chargers.
