Construction continues to advance at Wilson’s Cove, the future luxury boutique hotel taking shape on Kent Island in Stevensville, Maryland. As this highly anticipated waterfront destination moves closer to completion, crews are now focused on the finishing details that will bring the hotel’s guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor amenities to life.

Over the past month, significant progress has been made throughout the building. Interior teams have continued painting, trim work, crown molding, chair rail installation, door hardware installation, flooring, ceramic tile, bath accessories, and final finish carpentry across multiple floors. Elevator and dumbwaiter installation have continued, while mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems have advanced through equipment installation, panel work, fixture installation, device trim-out, and mechanical room completion. Many spaces are now transitioning from construction zones into finished hospitality environments.

Outside, work has continued on the pool deck, site concrete, sidewalks, railings, exterior painting, and masonry features, helping define the guest experience beyond the building itself. Pool walls and surrounding amenities continue to take shape, while site infrastructure and exterior finishes move steadily toward completion.

With every week, Wilson’s Cove looks more like the boutique waterfront destination envisioned for Kent Island. It’s exciting to see the project entering this finish phase as crews continue transforming plans into reality.

Construction continues to move forward at The Benedictine School’s new residential building in Ridgely, Maryland, where crews are making significant progress on the systems, finishes, and site improvements that will help create a welcoming and supportive living environment for residents.

Over the past month, activity has been focused on transitioning many areas from rough-in work to finishes. Interior progress has included drywall finishing, ceiling installation, painting preparation, framing punch-out work, door frame installation, and continued build-down and bulkhead construction throughout corridors, common spaces, and the infirmary. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems have also advanced substantially, with ongoing ductwork installation, smoke dampers, electrical room work, circuit installation, lighting, water lines, fire sprinkler drops and heads, and utility connections throughout the building.

Outside, crews have continued grading and landscaping preparations, installed sidewalks around the infirmary courtyard, and advanced exterior siding and soffit work. Several areas have now been released for paint, while others are entering the final stages of drywall finishing and ceiling installation—clear signs that the project is continuing to move steadily toward completion.

With multiple trades working simultaneously across the site, it's exciting to see this important project evolve from structure and systems into finished living spaces that will serve the Benedictine community for years to come.

Construction is making steady progress at the new Lightkeeper’s Village Clubhouse in Lewes, Delaware. Located within the Lightkeeper’s Village community, the clubhouse will serve as a central gathering space for residents and complement the development's resort-style amenities, including a pool and outdoor recreation areas.

Over the past several weeks, Willow Construction and its trade partners have completed a number of major early milestones. Crews formed and reinforced the building's foundation system, installed grounding infrastructure and utility sleeves, poured exterior foundation walls, and completed foundation waterproofing and insulation. Following those efforts, crews stripped forms, backfilled and compacted around the structure, and prepared the site for the next phases of construction.

Work has also advanced on the community's outdoor amenity areas. Recent activity has included grading around the future patio, screened porch, outdoor fireplace, and outdoor kitchen spaces, as well as underground plumbing and utility rough-ins serving both the clubhouse and pool facilities. These behind-the-scenes systems are critical to supporting the clubhouse's long-term functionality and resident experience.

With foundation work largely complete and underground utilities continuing to advance, the project is well-positioned for the next stage of construction. We're excited to see this new community amenity begin to rise from the ground and look forward to sharing more progress in the months ahead.

Work continues to move full speed ahead at the future Moove In Climate Controlled Storage Facility along Rt. 50 in Easton, Maryland. This 75,000-square-foot, three-story facility is steadily taking shape as crews continue advancing exterior finishes, interior systems, sitework, and building infrastructure designed to support long-term climate-controlled storage performance.

Over the past several weeks, major progress has been made across the site. Exterior crews have continued waterproofing, insulation board installation, EIFS base and finish coats, trim detailing, and exterior panel work on multiple elevations, helping define the building’s modern appearance along the Ocean Gateway corridor. Interior progress has included drywall installation in office and restroom areas, continued framing and finish panel installation, stair tower painting, elevator installation, sprinkler rough-ins, electrical rough-ins and lighting, HVAC ductwork and unit installation, plumbing work, and ongoing fire and security system installation. Site crews have also continued grading, sidewalk installation, cleanup, landscaping preparation, and general exterior improvements as the project moves closer toward completion.

The project team continues coordinating multiple trades simultaneously while maintaining schedule momentum and quality standards throughout the building. As systems come online and finishes continue progressing floor by floor, the scale of the facility is becoming more apparent both inside and out.

Once complete, the climate-controlled facility will provide modern, secure storage space for the growing Easton and Talbot County region while adding another highly visible commercial development along Rt. 50.

Progress continues at the Vetagro project as this large-scale industrial facility continues to take shape through coordinated work across the structure, site, and interior systems. It’s been a busy stretch on site, with visible progress happening in nearly every area of the project.

Over the past month, crews have advanced roof work and wall secondary framing while continuing installation of liner panels, door frames, sprinkler piping, piping runs, and overhead mechanical systems throughout Areas B and C. Office framing and interior wall construction have also continued progressing steadily, alongside ongoing electrical rough-ins, temporary lighting, conduit work, and underground reconfiguration within the main electrical room.

Site and concrete work have remained a major focus as well, with crews completing curb formwork, subgrade preparation, paving-related work, compaction and concrete testing, and continued progress on tank pads and utility infrastructure. Additional efforts have included roof penetrations, deck reinforcement, fencing layout, site cleanup, and waterproofing-related coordination as multiple trades continue moving simultaneously across this expansive jobsite.

With structural, mechanical, electrical, and site components all advancing together, the scale and complexity of this project become more apparent each week—and it’s exciting to continue watching the facility come together.
