💰‼️About the $10/hour starting pay

We pride ourselves on honesty & being upfront. We know that $10/hour is an entry-level starting wage. This position is not intended to be a family-supporting wage, & it is not what we would expect to pay someone who already has electrical experience.

This position is for someone starting at the beginning.

You will learn a skilled trade, gain hands-on experience, obtain your apprentice license & have room to grow / earn more as you learn.

This is not just a job where you do the same thing every day. You will be learning valuable skills that can jumpstart your career.

⚡ Electrical work isn’t always just about electrical. Sometimes, you have to dig! 🪏⛏️

There is a lot more to installing underground electrical than pulling wire. Sometimes it means grabbing a shovel & hand-digging the trench; & that is something we take pride in.

Hand digging takes more time & it is a lot more work, but it allows us to be careful around existing structures & utilities. We take precautions to avoid damaging existing utility lines & other underground obstacles, because the last thing we want to do is create another problem while solving one.

& when the work is finished, we do not just walk away from the trench. We make an effort to put everything back together as closely to the way we found it, as possible. We know it’s your property, & we treat it that way.

It may not be the most glamorous part of electrical work, but doing the little things right is part of doing the whole job right! 💪⚡
