Phillip started working for a commercial masonry company in 2004. Starting at the bottom as a laborer and moving up. In 2005 promoted to the mud man and 2006 started his five year apprenticeship. Then went into commercial safety for five years. When the company came under new management he was moved back to a block layer and has been a successful block layer from 2015 to current. d all over the state of Texas and Oklahoma on jobs big and small. Wanting to spend more time with family he decided this year (2022) it was time to pursue a dream and start his own masonry company, "Them Boy's Masonry".
