Sometimes a small addition can make a big difference.

This pool equipment was completely exposed, so we built a custom cedar privacy screen to clean up the view and tie into the existing fence.

Instead of throwing up a basic privacy panel, we matched the horizontal style of the existing cedar fence we built a few months back, carried the same look around the equipment area, and finished it with stain to bring out that cedar grain.

Now the pool equipment is still accessible when needed, but it’s not the first thing you see when you look across the yard.

Little projects. Big projects. Sometimes it’s just about finding the right solution for the space.

This old farmhouse bedroom has come a long way.

We tore out the old paneling, replaced the windows, repaired the walls, installed new flooring, all new trim and texture, and gave it a fresh start. It’s not completely finished yet…we’re planning to come back later and install a tongue-and-groove wood ceiling to keep that farmhouse character—but it’s already hard to believe it’s the same room.

I enjoy projects like this because they’re more than just making something look new. It’s taking a room that’s been neglected for years and bringing it back to life.

If you’ve got an older home that needs some attention, don’t assume it has to be gutted or torn down. Sometimes all it needs is the right plan and a little hard work.

This garage got a full exterior makeover.

We removed the old siding, installed new house wrap, replaced all damaged gutters, added some downspout drainage with pop up emitters, added new siding and trim, then finished everything out with a fresh coat of paint.

A lot of the work on a job like this is in the prep and making sure everything underneath is solid before the new exterior goes on.

And at the end of the day, the customer gets what the customer wants. She wanted a clean, stark white look from top to bottom, and that’s exactly what she got.

The finished result is brighter, cleaner, and much better protected from the weather.

There wasn’t much about this room that made sense.

It had an awkward layout, limited storage, and a lot of wasted space. So we stripped it down to the studs and started over.

A few weeks later, it’s hard to believe it’s the same room.

The new butler’s pantry has:
• Custom cabinetry for plenty of storage
• Open shelving for easy access and display
• New countertops and sink
• Updated flooring
• Modern lighting
• A layout that actually works for the homeowners

One of my favorite parts of this job was taking a space that wasn’t very functional and turning it into one of the most useful rooms in the house.

This project was about more than replacing an old deck.

The original structure had reached the end of its short life, so instead of rebuilding what was already there, I designed a completely new outdoor living space that would better fit the home, how the family uses it, and to last a very long time.

The result is a larger, covered composite deck that provides shade, requires very little maintenance, and gives the homeowners a space they can enjoy for many years without worrying about staining, sealing, or replacing rotted deck boards.

Not every project is a complete remodel.

Sometimes it’s restoring a home’s original beauty after unexpected damage.

This ceiling suffered significant water damage and required more than a simple patch. The damaged sheetrock was removed, replaced, finished, textured, and blended back into the existing ceiling.

The challenge isn’t installing new drywall.

The challenge is making the repair disappear.

From demolition to final texture and paint, every step matters. The finished result blends seamlessly with the surrounding ceiling, leaving no sign of the damage that was once there.
