A storm doesn’t always create the problem—it exposes it.

This tree had a visible structural defect that failed under the weight of heavy rain. The damage to this home and vehicles wasn’t simply bad luck—it was a preventable tree failure. Routine inspections can identify hazardous trees before they become costly emergencies.

🌳 Protect your property. Schedule a tree assessment before the next storm.

Unfortunately this is a great example of what happens when you have mulch volcanos around your trees. The tree sprouts a secondary roots system that wraps it self around the trunk and causes a girdling root/roots. This does not allow the trunk to grow properly and can cause total failure at the ground like this Little leaf Linden (Tilia cordata).
