Carpentry has been in my family's DNA for generations. With a grandfather, father, and an uncle who were carpenters by trade, I was fortunate enough to learn the craft. There is something to be said for doing things the old fashioned way. Friday night plane party! One of the more put off purchases I’ve had was getting a bench top planer. Mostly because of cost and I could make it work without it until about a year and a half ago when I bit the bullet and got one. Such a game changer. Never should have waited so long.
