As promised we returned to the customer's house on Tuesday to replace the whole well water tank system. Out w the old and in with the new! ✨️ 💧

The well water tank doesnt actually store water in the tank as much as it helps with the water pressure- air in the tank acts like gravity pushing the water feed for the house.

The house water PSI needs to be 40-60 PSI for a healthy pressure esp for shower, washing dishes and so on.

Anything lower than 40 PSI is weak- the lower the worse the pressure is. Anything more than 60 PSI is too much. It can break fixtures (faucets etc)

The well tank regulator turns on when the pressure lowers to 40 PSI (the minimum) and the gauge shows how much PSI is there at the moment.

Shawn Farnham Dave Trayers Chad M Wiernicki did an excellent job installing the well water tank system. The customer is pleased with our work.

We had an emergency plumbing service call for a main water leak- Shawn Farnham and Keith Farnham went over and cut out the old ball valve shut off & replaced it w temporary sharkbite shut off and cut out the leaked fittings and put in new one so the customers would have water for the weekend and the plumbing supply house was closed for the wknd.

While we were there, we noticed that their well water tank and set up was very old and in bad shape. We put in order for the tank and new parts (regulator, gauge, the works) for the following Tuesday when we come back
