🚧 Another transformation completed in Kings Park by Top of the Line Landscaping & Masonry.

What started as a simple request for more parking quickly became a complete front property upgrade. This project involved widening the existing driveway, replacing aging retaining walls, installing decorative paver accents, adding a custom mailbox pillar, and carefully working around existing utilities, drainage patterns, and landscaping to ensure the finished product would perform as beautifully as it looks.

There is far more to widening a driveway than simply pouring more concrete. Proper grading, drainage management, utility locations, base preparation, and material transitions all play a critical role in creating a driveway that will stand the test of time on Long Island.

Memorial Day around here has always been about more than just a long weekend. It’s about family, community, backyard gatherings, and remembering the people who made those moments possible. 🇺🇸

After more than 30 years working in the same communities I grew up in, one of the things I appreciate most is helping families create outdoor spaces where memories are made for generations to come.

As you visit friends and family this weekend, maybe it sparks an idea for your own backyard. A new patio. A fire pit. A place where everybody naturally gathers year after year.

In many Long Island towns, damaged sidewalks are NOT the town’s responsibility — they’re the homeowner’s responsibility to keep safe and maintained.

This Halesite, NY sidewalk had become a major trip hazard after large tree roots lifted and cracked multiple concrete slabs. What looked like “just an old sidewalk” quickly turned into a real safety and liability issue.

Take a look at how this project was safely rebuilt while preserving the mature tree and improving the overall appearance of the property.
