Just wrapped up this drainage and shed project in Auburn, NH. This property was having issues with the driveway pitch forcing water to flow into the garage. To correct this we installed a

- 23’ channel drain in front of both bay doors and man door

-ran 55’ of pipe under driveway

-installed large dry well

-then paved over our cuts with the help of Hot Top Paving

We also wanted to make the 10’x 20’ shed more user freindly and have access directly off the driveway to do this we installed

- 25’ x25’ compacted gravel pad with side parking for a trailer

-metal edging to Seperate stone and grass

- lifted, spun, and moved the shed with the help of SRD Enterprises

- finally, we installed extra supports on the bottom of the shed for more support for this gentleman’s lawn tractor

Small project we recently wrapped up in Merrimack, ripped out an old asphalt walkway, moved and reshaped wall, installed 2 gorgeous granite steps, then dropped down a Belgard holland stone in Faneuil hall.
