Memory Lane 2015, Underwood Block project in Adrian, MI. We love a challenge! The project combined 5+ existing buildings into a 17+-unit mixed-use historic development. Complete exterior/facade renovation, new courtyard area/entry, complete structural replacement, 4-level interior elevator, all new utilities/metering, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and a private a roof top terrace. Definitely a transformational project for downtown Adrian. We could have not done it without some great consultants, partners, trades and some amazing investors. Hard to believe it has been 10+ years!

What’s left behind can become what’s next. ✨

Seven Michigan communities are getting EGLE brownfield funding to transform vacant and contaminated properties into new housing, restaurants, businesses and community spaces.

Together, these projects are expected to create at least 68 new housing units and 66 full-time equivalent jobs.

From a former dry cleaner in Detroit to waterfront property in Saugatuck, these projects will clean up pollution and put long-vacant properties back to productive use — supporting local economic growth while protecting public health and the environment.

What a transformation for downtown Brooklyn! With lots of creativity, support, and vigor, we brought this dilapidated building back from the grave. It now has (6) custom residential units, (2) new commercial spaces, all new utility services, and more! Great job team...we are almost there! Grand Opening this weekend!
