Always be learning! Every few year's we go back to take a refresher course to brushen up our knowledge & skills with products that we use regularly. New products & techniques are sometimes introduced during these Innovation courses. We love the support we receive from our setting manufacturers. It creates brand loyalty & confidence knowing how to use the product that works so well for shower builds! I cannot stress enough regardless of what industry you specialize in, to always be learning to maintain the leading edge in your craft.
