JS Siteworks is looking for a motivated, dependable Sitework Laborer / Ground Guy to join our growing team.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with excavation and sitework operations
• Grade checking and using lasers
• Installing water, sewer, and drainage utilities
• Pipe laying
• General labor, cleanup, and jobsite organization
• Working safely around heavy equipment

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
• Reliable transportation
• Construction or sitework experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work outdoors in all weather

We are looking to add an equipment operator and a ground guy to our team!

Operator must have minimum 5 years experience, ability to read and work off blueprints and ability to drive a truck and trailer.

Ground guy must have prior experience in construction laboring, ability to operate a laser level, efficient shoveling and raking and use of battery operated hand tools.
