We were hiring to get rid of all the rotted joist and beams. Here's a before and after of a deck we supported correctly for the safety of our clients home. What a mess this job was. It has metal roofing for a ceiling but the metal was not pitched enough and held water. Sitting water does extreme damage and can create black mold if not taken care of.
