- Experienced or willing to train the right person to work in high paced job, as sealcoating/crackfilling labor
-Must be able to care for company equipment and vehicles
-Fluent in English or Bi-lingual
-Able to lift and carry 50-70lbs without assistance
-Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible to seasonal conditions that dictate schedule
-6:00AM start; willing to work for long periods of time
-Starting pay based on experience $17-$20/hr., overtime after 40hrs, paid weekly
