This is Greg. 👋

Greg likes speed racing, motorcycles, heavy metal, shrimp… lots of shrimp… and doing things the hard-core way. 🏁🏍️🤘🍤

He’s a proud Polish guy, a serious foodie, and apparently the person responsible for fixing everything Ace owns. 😂🔧

Officially, Greg is our Fleet Manager.

But that title only scratches the surface.

He keeps our trucks, vans, machinery and equipment running, makes trips between jobs when the crews need something, gets permits together, and coordinates traffic control and police details when our work requires road closures.

And this week? Greg has been BUSY.

Between repairs, maintenance, and keeping our equipment up and running, he’s been putting in some serious work behind the scenes to make sure the rest of Team Ace can keep doing what we do.

Greg keeps Ace running — sometimes quite literally. 🔧

So this one is simply a shoutout to the guy behind the scenes who’s been absolutely crushing it this week. We see you, Greg. 👏🤘

And because the timing couldn’t be better, Sunday also happened to be his birthday.

So maybe somebody buy the man some shrimp. 😂🍤

🇺🇸 HONOR & HISTORY: Did You Know?

They may be small pieces of metal, but military dog tags carry a whole lot of meaning.

Originally created to ensure service members could be properly identified, these tags became known as “dog tags” because of their resemblance to the metal identification tags worn by dogs.

Today, they’re one of the most recognizable symbols of military service—representing the identity, sacrifice, and story of the person who wears them. 🎖️

Last week, we had the opportunity to attend a trade show in Atlantic City, where we connected with property managers, industry professionals, and valued partners from across the region.

Events like these are about more than showcasing our services—they’re about building relationships, sharing ideas, and finding new ways to better serve the communities and properties that rely on us every day.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, entered our raffle, tested their putting skills, or simply took a few minutes to chat with our team. We truly appreciate every conversation and the opportunity to make new connections.

We’re grateful to be part of such a great event and look forward to continuing to support the property management community throughout New Jersey.

At Ace Plumbing & Heating, we’ve always believed that serving our community means more than providing plumbing, heating, cooling, and excavation services. It means showing up when people need us, building lasting relationships, and giving back whenever we can.

When we created this fundraiser, we wanted to partner with an organization whose values reflected our own. That’s why we chose Wounded Warrior Project.

Their mission goes beyond recovery. Through mental health services, career support, physical wellness programs, and family resources, Wounded Warrior Project helps veterans build strong, fulfilling lives long after their military service has ended.

We are honored to support their mission, and we’re grateful for everyone who has joined us in making a difference.

Throughout our campaign, Ace will match each individual donation up to $25, with a maximum company contribution of $2,500—helping every gift go even further.
