Has your meter socket been labeled as defective by the Utility? Yes it’s a big problem almost no homeowners know existed.
The utility wiring coming from underground to your home has settled over the years, pulling down on the jaws of the socket, twisting it severely
This will eventually lead to complete electrical failure and major power outage.
Should go take a walk outside, look at your electric meter, see if it has a sticker on it saying it’s defective, or if it just looks like it’s pulling off the wall or crooked.
