Small Changes, Big Difference in the Laundry Room 🧺✨

You do not have to gut an entire room to make it work better for your family. In this laundry room, we added extra overhead cabinets above the washer and dryer, giving our clients a real home for detergent, dryer sheets, and all the laundry day essentials that used to pile up on top of the machines.

Storage is one of those upgrades that does not always make it onto a Pinterest board, but it is the kind of change you notice every single day. A little extra cabinet space here, a smarter layout there, and suddenly the most overlooked room in the house feels organized and intentional.

From the studs up. 🔨

This 1960's kitchen is getting the full Willet treatment. It has been stripped it all the way back down to the framing, the insulation, the bones of the house and now we're building it back up, piece by piece.

There's a moment in every remodel like this one where a space looks more like a construction site than a kitchen. Wires exposed. Subfloor showing. A single work light doing its best impression of daylight. It's not glamorous, but it's honest and it's exactly where good craftsmanship starts.

Every stud, every wire run, every window placement is getting done right the first time, because what goes on behind the walls matters just as much as what you'll see when the cabinets go back up. That's the difference between a remodel that looks good on day one and one that holds up for decades.

*From Water Damage to Dream Remodel*

Sometimes a setback turns into the perfect opportunity for a fresh start — and this project is a perfect example!

What started as a water/plumbing damage insurance claim turned into a full home transformation for one of our amazing clients in Andover, MN. Instead of just restoring what was there, she decided to make the most of it and reimagine her space from the ground up.

Here's what we tackled:

Kitchen Remodel – Removed a wall to open things up, then brought in new cabinets, countertops, faucet, lighting, and appliances for a complete refresh. Our favorite touch? A gorgeous butcher block island top that adds warmth and character — the perfect centerpiece for the whole space. New flooring throughout ties it all together.

Bathroom Remodel – All-new shower, vanity, and toilet for a completely refreshed look.

Exterior Upgrades – New front entry door and garage service door.

Update time! And this one's exciting. 🏠✨
Remember that "trust the process" post? Well... the process just paid off big time. We are officially in the home stretch on this one!
Here's what's new since we last checked in:
✅ Tile work complete in the shower — that black vertical tile is an absolute showstopper
✅ Kitchen cabinets going in
✅ Flooring installed throughout the main living space
✅ Trim and doors being hung
✅ Attic space framed and ready
The transformation from "gutted and taped off" to "this actually looks like a home again" never stops being satisfying. Every hallway, every room, you can start to picture the finished product now instead of just the studs and subfloor.
This is the part of a remodel where all that invisible groundwork (the leveling, the framing, the insulation) finally gets to show off. The bones were done right, and now the finishes get to shine.
