We seem to always post “under construction” photos but rarely post photos of our homes “being lived in”. Well, it’s time for Throwback Thursday. We built this custom designed home several years ago in Easley’s Audubon Acres. This project (both the home and clients) remains one of our most favorite memories. We thank them for letting us photograph their beautiful home once again.

Quick update on the addition/renovation work for this incredibly cool, eclectic home in Greenville’s North Main area. We love building new homes but we also have a passion for improving existing homes. If you’re considering an addition or renovation project we’d love to chat.

This custom home in is ready for our framing and MEP rough-in inspections. Next up will be insulation, drywall, roofing, and exterior siding. Always love seeing such a clean and well organized job site. More progress photos coming up!

Framing is close to wrapping up on this custom home in . Next up will be window/exterior door installation and mechanical/electrical/plumbing rough-in work. Also good having our partners from onsite to install the septic system.

One of our newest projects will be a full exterior renovation and addition of a new MBR suite on this beautiful home in Greenville’s historic North Main area. Ground breaking is coming up and we look forward to sharing our progress.

Quick update on this new custom home in historic downtown Greenville. On the interior, custom cabinets, interior doors/trim, tile, and the elevator are underway. On the outside, final grading and landscaping are not far off. Can’t wait to show this beauty when it’s done.
