Punch list: done.

Our crew wrapped up the new Sunbelt Rentals facility in Greenwood. They pressure-washed and painted the exterior masonry, coated 13 bollards in safety yellow, and painted the interior walls, restrooms, and shop.

Big thanks to Terry, Jorge and the whole team for staying on it through every last touch-up.

Progress check from an industrial job in Gaffney.

Our crew is coating the steel mezzanine and columns in this facility. The rust came off first, the owner approved the blue before we started, and the underside of the mezzanine is now done. Columns are on their second coat.

Good prep is what makes a coating last. That's the part you don't see in the photos, and it's the part we don't skip.

PLAN AROUND YOUR SCHEDULE. We paint around operating hours so you don’t lose revenue. Night work and early mornings are part of our playbook.
VENTILATION MATTERS. Low-VOC products mean your customers won’t smell paint when you open. We spec accordingly.

Why our crews stay. In an industry with insane turnover, we’re proud that our core team has been together for years. Jamie, John, Terryrose, Jay - these aren’t temps. They’re family. Why does it matter to YOU? Because when the same crew paints your hotel that painted the last five hotels, they know the standards. They know the process. They don’t need to be managed - they manage themselves. Low turnover = consistent quality.

Scissor lifts, proper PPE, and a methodical approach to covering every square foot safely. We don’t rush high work. We plan it, set it up right, and execute with zero incidents. That’s not just good practice - it’s our responsibility to every crew member’s family. Commercial painting at height requires training, the right equipment, and a crew that respects the process. Walls, ceilings, ductwork, trim, doors, and specialty finishes throughout this massive entertainment space. Our foreman Jamie documented every phase and the final result speaks for itself. This wasn’t a quick paint and go.
