Everyone keeps talking about AI taking over jobs… we’re not too worried over here.

There’s still dirt that needs moving, pipe that needs laying, grades that need hitting, and plenty of time behind the controls.

Some things still take a good operator, a good crew, and a long day in the dirt. We’ll keep doing what we do.

A little look at what goes into a day on the job. Moving dirt, getting everything where it needs to be, and watching the site take shape along the way.

Never gets old watching these machines work.

Most people only see the finished product. There’s a whole lot that happens before you ever get to that point.

Just a little behind-the-scenes look at the work going on every day that you don’t always get to see.

You know the days are flying by when the job sites start stacking up.

A lot of dirt moved, a lot of hours put in, and a lot of progress made along the way.

Nothing fancy here. Just a Komatsu moving some dirt.

Sometimes the raw jobsite clips are the best ones.

Some jobs just sound like progress.

Engines running, tracks moving, dirt being pushed, it’s the everyday soundtrack of a site taking shape.

At T.D. Craft Grading, every pass has a purpose. From moving material and establishing grade to preparing the site for everything that comes next, this is where the groundwork gets done.

No music needed for this one.

There’s something satisfying about watching a site transform one pass at a time.

But behind every clean pass is a purpose. Clearing the surface, getting down to workable material, and preparing the ground correctly sets the tone for everything that follows.

At T.D. Craft Grading, we take pride in the work that happens before the finished project ever starts taking shape.

Good projects start from the ground up.

Grading is one of those parts of a project that you may not think much about once the job is finished, but getting it right matters.

It’s not just about moving dirt. The way a site is graded affects how water drains, where it flows during heavy rain, how well the building pad performs, and how the rest of the site comes together.

A few inches in the wrong direction can create problems later. That’s why we pay attention to the details while we’re in the dirt.

Get the groundwork right, and everything that follows has a better place to start.

There’s just something about moving dirt.

Taking raw ground and turning it into something ready to build on never gets old. From site prep and land clearing to grading and excavation, it all starts with moving dirt the right way.

At TD Craft Grading, we take pride in doing the groundwork that keeps projects moving from day one.
