Happy National Vanilla Pudding Day.. but make it with raw milk! 🤍🍮

If you’ve never made homemade vanilla pudding with local raw milk and fresh eggs… this is your sign. It’s creamy, simple, and delicious!

Easy Homemade Vanilla Pudding Recipe:

• 2 cups raw milk
• 3 egg yolks
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp butter (optional)

Whisk sugar, cornstarch, and egg yolks together and set aside. Heat milk on the stove over medium heat, stirring constantly until it starts to steam. Remove from heat and pour half the milk into the egg mixture whisking constantly. Then add the egg and milk mixture back into the pan of milk, whisking constantly over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and add vanilla + butter, and chill.

P.S. Add sliced bananas and vanilla wafers for an easy homemade banana pudding 🍌
