Cranberry Banana Bread with Cream Cheese Frosting. The tartness of the Cranberries bring out the best in the Banana.

Dorris…
Our first cow.
She’s the best mama.
No longer pregnant.
But still judging.
Always judging….

Laing in the hay, chewing her cud and staring daggers. If a cow could give side eye lessons Dorris would be the champ!!!

At approximately 3:00 am Friday Morning a new miracle came to the farm. Dorris delivered an almost black and extra fluffy little bull calf.

The little guys is getting all the love from his “two mamas” in the Jersey paddock and all the highlanders are excited to meet him.

Stay tuned for all the extra cuteness that’s coming. Almost nothing better than baby cows!
