Comments: I cannot recommend Curtis highly enough. He framed the interior of my 12,000-square-foot shop, including second-story floor joists, walls, and numerous structural elements, and every aspect of his work exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was his professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to think through challenges. He didn& #39;t just follow plans—he improved them when appropriate, made smart modifications, and worked through adjustments while maintaining the integrity of the project and staying within specifications. In an industry where delays, cost overruns, and missed commitments are all too common, Curtis was the complete opposite. He showed up when he said he would, completed the work ahead of schedule, stayed under budget, and consistently said yes to any reasonable request I had along the way. Lately, I’ve been getting a lot of calls about soft or unsafe decks. What I’m finding during inspections is **dry rot underneath the deck**—damage that isn’t visible at first glance. So when you call for a quote and have a price in mind, keep in mind that the “hidden cost” comes from the **hidden damage** beneath the surface. Addressing it properly ensures safety and longevity!
