Pacific Forest Contractors is looking for an experienced Feller Buncher Operator ready to join a company built for the long haul.

PFC has expanded operations with PFC North crews in Washington and PFC South crews in Oregon. We welcome applicants throughout the Northwest and especially encourage qualified operators near Longview/Castle Rock, WA and Silverton/Stayton, OR to apply.

WE’RE HIRING 🌲

Pacific Forest Contractors is looking for an experienced Log Loader Operator to run the landing and keep production moving.

This role is the center of the operation—you’re managing the log deck, loading trucks, and keeping everything moving from the woods to the mill.

What you’ll be doing:
• Sorting logs by species, grade, and destination
• Loading trucks safely and to proper weight
• Keeping the landing organized, clean, and efficient
• Coordinating with yarders, processors, and drivers to avoid delays
• Staying on top of daily machine maintenance and safety checks

What we’re looking for:
• Experience running a hydraulic log loader or excavator
• Strong awareness, communication, and work ethic
• Ability to keep things moving in a fast-paced landing environment
• Commitment to safety—for you and everyone around you

This isn’t a sit-around job—there’s always something to do, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing it right.
