When a leaking water heater needs to be replaced, getting hot water restored is important—but it’s also a great opportunity to look at the health of the plumbing system around it.

Kert installed a new 40-gallon Bradford White water heater for this St. Paul homeowner. 🔧🔥 We trust Bradford White for professional-grade construction and long-term reliability, which is why it’s one of our preferred choices for water heater replacements.

While completing the installation, Kert also tested the home’s water pressure and found it at 80 PSI.

Why does that matter? High water pressure can put unnecessary stress on valves, fixtures, supply lines, water heaters, and other plumbing components. Along with age and water quality, excessive pressure is one of the three primary factors we look at when evaluating why plumbing systems and components fail prematurely.
