Arrive to designated territory 15 minutes prior to start time and clock in on the mobile app. Canvassing Territory Manager will communicate days and hours 5 business days in advance. Exceptions may apply in the event of a storm. Scheduled shifts will be a minimum of 4 hours. The standard shifts will be 8AM – 12PM, 12PM – 4PM and 4PM - 8PM.
Canvassing territory will be assigned by Canvassing Territory Manager or Acting Team Leader no later than end of business day prior to scheduled shift.
Using the canvassing app, pin each home canvassed. Enter required information into CRM by close of business same day which includes questions, notes and remarks.
Canvassers must have the following on them while working: License, warranties, insurance, referral program details, door hangers, business cards, BBB Report, accolades, reviews, tablet/CRM, clipboard, lanyard/credentials and issued tools and equipment.
Training curriculum will be provided by CTM upon hire and must be completed by the identified deadlines provided. It is expected you are present for all trainings, you practice your pitch and ask questions to become knowledgeable.
Time off should be requested one week in advance in writing to the CTM. Anything with less than a week notice is at the discretion of the CTM. Please refer to the Employee Handbook for policies pertaining to time away from work.
