It's hard to believe we're already in the final few weeks of our 5th Anniversary Fundraiser!

When we started this fundraiser, we wanted to do something meaningful with this milestone. Something that went beyond celebrating five years of Toolkit and instead gave us an opportunity to give back, honor people we love, and support families facing some incredibly difficult battles.

We're so grateful for everyone who has supported these causes, donated, shared our posts, or simply cheered us on. It means more than you know.

Meet Dawn Preslar - Project Coordinator at Toolkit Services.

Dawn plays a major role in helping our projects run smoothly by coordinating installer travel logistics and supporting our teams behind the scenes. From booking travel to handling changes and helping solve problems quickly, she helps keep everything moving forward.

She’s an incredibly hard worker who cares deeply about both her family and her team. Dawn is kind, encouraging, and always willing to jump in and help wherever she’s needed. Her dedication, support, and consistency make a difference every single day, and we’re so thankful to have her as part of the Toolkit team.

25 years.

For some, September 11th is a memory as clear as yesterday. For others, it’s a piece of history they’ve only been told about.

But the responsibility to remember belongs to all of us.

Today, we honor the lives lost, the families forever changed, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the countless acts of courage and kindness that followed.

We also remember what happened in the days after, when neighbors helped neighbors, strangers became friends, and Americans stood together.

25 years later, may we carry that spirit with us still.

Sometimes the best project update is boring.

Installer is onsite.
Everything arrived.
Install is underway.
No issues to report.

That’s it.

No frantic phone calls.
No wondering where the crew is.
No searching for updates.
No surprise problem that somehow became your problem.
Just a project moving forward like it’s supposed to.

We know not every installation will be boring. Things happen. And when they do, good communication matters even more.

But when the update is simply, “Everything’s on track”? We’ll take boring all day long.

But sometimes, it does.

You land a project in a new market. Then comes the question:
Who’s going to install it?
