🌿 Before & After Transformation!

Another project completed and another happy customer in Patton, PA! Thanks to (A1 Paving) for coming to install the blacktop

This entire project was completed to complement a brand-new garage the homeowner had built, tying everything together while improving the property's function, drainage, and curb appeal.

Here's what we accomplished:

✔️ Cut out, re-prepped, and installed new blacktop on a portion of the driveway to tie into the new garage.
✔️ Installed a new downspout drainage system and a drainage system for the floor drains.
✔️ Repaired and refreshed the front walkway.
✔️ Installed fresh mulch and stabilized pea gravel.
✔️ Added new plants and decorative stone for a clean, updated look.
✔️ Regraded the property to improve drainage and ensure everything worked together properly.
✔️ Hand-stacked a beautiful sandstone retaining bank and finished it with pearl stone around the garage.
✔️ Wrapped up the project with fresh topsoil and newly planted grass.

The finished result is a seamless transition to the new garage with improved drainage, enhanced curb appeal, and a landscape built to last.

🌱 Open Positions

1. Skilled Landscape Laborer
Starting Pay: $20/hr
We’re seeking a motivated individual with experience in landscaping, mowing, trimming, garden bed maintenance, and general outdoor labor. Must be reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in varying weather conditions.

2. Skilled Landscape Crew Leader
Starting Pay: $25/hr
Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience in landscaping. Responsibilities include overseeing jobsites, managing crew members, ensuring quality standards, operating equipment, and communicating effectively with clients and management.

3. Entry Level Landscape Laborer
Starting Pay: $15/hr
We're seeking a motivated individual for this position. Someone who has a great work ethic, and interested in learning the Landscaping trade. We will provide on the job training for this position. Must be reliable, team oriented, and able to work in varying weather conditions.

For all 3 positions you must have a valid driver's license

Before & After Transformation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Another happy 5-star customer!

This project included a complete landscape and hardscape makeover. We started by removing the existing concrete sidewalk, outdated window wells, and old landscaping. From there, we installed a brand-new concrete sidewalk with an added step and a custom hose reel platform for convenience.

We finished the landscape with all new plants, decorative rock and boulder features for added curb appeal, and installed pop-up emitters on all downspouts to eliminate those unsightly corrugated "slinky" drain pipes.

To complete the transformation, we regraded and tapered the yard to ensure a smooth transition into the new landscape while improving drainage.

This project was completed in Altoona, PA, and the results speak for themselves!

Before & After: Another concrete walkway and patio tear-out and repour completed in Ashville, PA!
This project included removing existing landscape beds, adding fresh topsoil, seeding, and strawing. We also reinstalled the existing plants around the new concrete and added fresh river rock for a clean, finished look.

Additional improvements included parging the cinder block foundation, installing new downspout drainage piping, and lowering the cleanout pipe to improve the overall appearance of the property.
