Dried flower pumpkins have become a beautiful way for our small farm to welcome in fall. We dry flowers all year round and this year we were also able to grow a majority of the pumpkins we are using! These are fantastic teachers gifts for the holidays. People love to put them on their desk for some fall cheer/beauty. They last for 6+ months!

Multiple ways to get a beautiful dried flower pumpkin for your home/gift/work space this fall-

1. Stop by the flower shed. We have minis ($20), mediums ($30) and larges ($40). There are tons of options to pick from.
6910 Herndon Road 27713- self serve flower shed

2. Make your own dried flower pumpkins centerpiece. These will be the largest size. You’ll get to pick your pumpkin, choose all your flowers and learn how to put them together to make a beautiful dried flower pumpkin. Then take it home to enjoy. There are 2 classes available. Let’s get this bridal bouquet and wearables ready to be picked up. Finishing touches are super important the morning of a wedding. Watch as I put ribbons on and get everything hydrated and ready.

🌸 Ranunculus corms are here and ready for pick up/ shipping 🌸

For anyone who has been waiting, listings are now up on my website for the ranunculus corms I’ve received so far! As more varieties come in, I’ll continue adding them to the website, so keep checking back.

https://www.onefungalflowers.com/shop/corms-bulbs

These first batches are some of the fancier varieties, so they are a little pricier in general — but they are absolutely beautiful and so worth it for those gorgeous spring blooms! 🌿✨

I’ll also be adding lots of tulip bulbs and some daffodils to the shop as they arrive.
And for my local flower friends, I’m happy to offer local pickup at the flower shed! 🏡🌷
I’ll also be reposting some of my videos from last year showing how I grow ranunculus in my home garden, from planting to getting those beautiful blooms. If you’re new to growing them, those videos should be a helpful resource!

Happy growing! 🌸🤍

🌷 2027 EARLY SPRING FLOWER CSA IS OPEN! 🌷

One of the best ways to support our small farm through the winter months—when the fields are quiet, the flowers aren’t blooming, and there’s little farm income—is by joining our Early Spring CSA. And lucky for us, it’s also our most popular CSA of the year! 💛

Our Early Spring CSA is a weekly bouquet subscription featuring the very first and most beautiful flowers of the season, including:
🌷 Tulips
🌼 Daffodils
🌸 Poppies
🤍 Hellebores
🌺 Ranunculus
🌸 Anemones
…and so much more!

You’ll receive 6 XL bouquets, once a week, filled with the freshest and best flowers our farm has to offer. Your CSA will begin in early spring, as soon as the daffodils and tulips begin blooming—weather dependent, of course!

📍 Pickup: Friday–Sunday at our South Durham Flower Shed
🚗 Delivery: Available to select locations for an additional $80 (approval required)

And if you’re looking for an incredible holiday gift, this is it. 🎁🌷 A whole season of gorgeous, locally grown flowers is a pretty special gift—and one that supports a small farm during the quietest time of year.

Spots are limited, and this CSA fills up every year. If you’ve been thinking about joining us, we highly recommend purchasing early!

🌷 2027 Early Spring CSA — come support the farm now, and enjoy the flowers when spring arrives. 🌷

A week in recap… here are a few of the arrangements that went out this week. The first is a beautiful last minute bridal bouquet. I was given artistic freedom with a request for pastel colors.

The next is a lovely memorial arrangement from a daughter to her mother commemorating her father/husband.

Third is a zinnia bouquet with 25 zinnias for a 25th birthday!

And finally a bright and cheerful anniversary arrangement.

We love doing custom arrangement to celebrate all of life’s little moments. Feel free to email or DM!
