Join us in celebrating Don Schaap, senior project manager, on his one-year anniversary at 35 North. Unofficially, some of our teams have been working with Don for decades.

That kind of history says a lot. When you’ve seen how someone shows up on the hard days, you remember it. We’re lucky to have Don on our team and grateful for the experience, knowledge, and relationships he brings with him.

Recently, team members from finance and commissioning swapped spreadsheets and site work for the stables and went horseback riding. Just good people enjoying each other's company outside the office. The best teams are built in moments like these.
