To kick off our series, meet Mark Harrist, one of our talented landscape designers! Get to know the creative mind behind some of our projects! 🌱

🌿Growing up exploring the Texas Hill Country sparked his love for the outdoors and inspired his path to becoming a landscape designer.

🐗 Following this inspiration, Mark attended the University of Arkansas to study landscape architecture. (Woo Pig Sooie!)

🌳At Old North State, he’s passionate about creating designs that connect people to their spaces in meaningful ways.

🐾When he’s not designing, you can find him hiking, playing disc golf or ultimate frisbee, hitting the gym, or hanging with his cat, Allora!

We’re lucky to have Mark on our team and can’t wait for you to see how he brings your vision to life through thoughtful, creative design. 🌟

We love the way this project in Raleigh is finishing up! Our talented design team was able to pack a lot into a small back yard with lots of restrictions and setbacks!
