-Now Hiring: Project Administrator-
The job of a project administrator is a busy, fast paced, interesting and challenging job. The project administrator is expected to complete a variety of different tasks, many of which will vary on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with the project manager and top company management. The project administrator will perform various tasks, like setting up the schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling project submittals of reports and data.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Also, you must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate projects, break projects into doable actions and set project deadlines.
-Work with project manager(s) to eliminate any problems that arise.
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
-Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Pay:
$24-$25.50 per hour - based on experience
