The rain couldn't keep us away from a day on the course! CT Wilson was happy to sponsor and participate in the fun at CPN of NC's 2026 Golf Tournament in Lexington. We left the tournament with new connections, good conversations, and some pretty muddy shoes! Last week, CT Wilson was proud to host the CAGC Young Leaders Lessons with a Leader Luncheon at our office. CT Wilson President Charlie Wilson and Precision Walls Account Executive Jamie Hale made up the seasoned panel.

During the panel discussion, CT Wilson President Charlie Wilson shared insights on mentorship, leadership, and building a construction career. As CT Wilson's third-generation president, Charlie reflected on lessons learned from his father, whom he credits as his greatest mentor, and discussed how those experiences have shaped his leadership approach today. Attendees were challenged to identify their own leadership style and discuss the qualities that make up a good leader.

Hopefully, all the young leaders in the room left feeling inspired and energized after hearing the stories and advice of industry experts. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the discussion!

Back-to-school season has arrived, and CT Wilson is on campus at Wake Christian Academy constructing a new academic building featuring 22 state-of-the-art classrooms, a band rehearsal room, a choir rehearsal room, a courtyard area, and offices. The addition also allows Wake Christian Academy to remove their current mobile classrooms and offices, making space for a building that will serve the school community for years to come. We are grateful to play a part in creating an environment where Wake Christian Academy students can learn, create, and grow.✏️

With a history of over 74 years in Durham, repeat clients represent a significant portion of CT Wilson's work. We have been honored to work on projects across Durham Academy's Upper and Middle School campuses for the last decade. As Durham Academy continues to improve its Middle School Campus, we are happy to be partnering again in constructing a new gymnasium. We can't wait to see what this project adds for the school community—stay tuned for progress updates!

Most people can't say they've had a picnic at a castle. For our project team and trade partners, it was a pretty regular lunch spot over the past year. As we wrap up this unique project, the team gathered one last time to celebrate the successful renovation and expansion of Gimghoul Castle and all the hard work that made it possible. Big thanks to our clients for putting together this fun afternoon!
