Just wrapped up this beautiful 100×50 shop, fully insulated and finished clean 👌

The shop received 1” of closed-cell spray foam on all walls and 2” of closed-cell on the roof, then finished in bright white for a clean, durable look and maximum light reflection.

The office area was fully separated and conditioned for comfort and efficiency:
• 1” closed-cell on all exterior walls
• 3.5” open-cell over the closed-cell
• 3.5” open-cell on interior walls and subfloor

This creates a true thermal and sound separation between the conditioned office and the unconditioned shop—exactly how it should be done.

Another project in the books! This one got 1” of closed-cell foam on the walls and 2” on the roof, providing a strong air and moisture barrier. Since the customer is covering most of the walls, we painted all exposed foam for a cleaner look and added protection.

Another one in the books! Just wrapped up a project with two add-ons where we sprayed 3.5” of open-cell foam on the walls and 5.5-6” on the roof for top-tier insulation and energy efficiency.

For added safety, we also applied ignition barrier foam on the interior wall and gable connecting to the original building. This foam meets Appendix X fire rating, adding an extra layer of protection without sacrificing performance!

Just wrapped up this 24x30 shop with 2 inches of closed-cell spray foam in the roof, 1 inch on the walls, and a fresh coat of paint to finish it off!

We always recommend painting exposed foam in shop buildings—not only does it protect the foam from UV damage, but it also makes it look much prettier! Over time, UV rays can break down the foam, turning it orange or yellow, and eventually making it flaky and brittle—causing you to lose that valuable R-value.

Another amazing job in the books! We just wrapped up insulating the office building and shop for a new concrete plant coming to Ardmore, OK!

Here’s what we did:
• Office Building: Installed 3 ½ inches of open-cell foam in the walls, 5 ½+ inches in the roof, and batt insulation around the bathroom for soundproofing.
• Shop Building: Applied 1 inch of closed-cell foam on the walls and 2 inches in the roof for durability, moisture resistance, and top-notch energy efficiency.
