With both owners having a background in fine home building, we not only handle the paper side of the contacting, we lead our tradesmen in the building of your project. Although we self-perform a number of the disciplines ourselves, we also have a time-tested team of sub contractors that, in our opinion, are the best in the area. The building of a home is an intimate and very personal experience. This can be either the experience of a lifetime, which will resonate into the house itself, or it can be an unpleasant endeavor. Our goal at Ponderosa is to bring spirit, intention, communication and relationship, with the entire team and with the home itself. A home, like a human, is a living, breathing organism.
