We can insulate our walls before there's even a house.

Sounds a little backwards.

What you're actually seeing here is our crew moving finished wall panels out of the shop so they can be spray foamed before we wrap them up for delivery.

It's another step we can get done before the walls ever reach the foundation.

The more work we can finish here, the less work that's left to do on the jobsite.

And that's the whole idea.

Every panel you see in this video is already headed to a customer.

While foundations are being poured, we're building framing packages in our shop so they're ready when the site is.

Ever wonder how we're able to move so quickly once we get to the jobsite?

Well... it starts with a fast crew in the shop.

Watch them work in real time.

Just kidding. 😂 We'd never ask them to work this fast.

Yesterday was one of our biggest production days yet, and I couldn't be more proud of what this team accomplished. They showed up, worked hard, paid attention to the details, and kept pushing until the job was done.

One thing I've learned is that fast jobsites aren't created on the jobsite. They're created by the preparation, teamwork, and pride that happen long before the truck ever leaves the shop.

Watching this crew continue to raise the bar makes me excited about where we're headed. If you're someone who enjoys working hard, likes seeing the results of your work at the end of every day, and wants to be part of a team that's always looking for a better way to build, keep an eye on our page. Some days don't go according to plan.

We were short-staffed on Friday, but the work still needed to get done.

Matt stepped up and built a bunch of floor panels on his own.

What I'm most proud of isn't that he worked alone. It's that he never complained, never cut corners, and kept the same level of care and attention to detail from start to finish.

That's the kind of teammate every company hopes to have.

Courage isn't the absence of fear.

It's choosing to move forward anyway.

The Fourth of July is a reminder that the freedoms we enjoy today came from people who were willing to stand up for something bigger than themselves. Their courage shaped the country we call home.

I'll be honest, there are plenty of days where leading a business feels uncertain. There are risks that keep me up at night, decisions that don't have obvious answers, and moments where the easier path would be to play it safe.

Then I think about the sacrifices that made it possible for me to have those choices in the first place.

That puts things into perspective.

That same spirit still exists today.

You see it in the men and women serving our country. You see it in first responders answering the call. You see it in wildland firefighters protecting our communities. You see it in small business owners taking risks, parents sacrificing for their families, and neighbors showing up when someone needs help.

At Higher Purpose Homes, Courage is one of our core values because we believe progress takes people who are willing to try something different, solve hard problems, and keep moving forward even when the path isn't easy.

Today I'm grateful for those who came before us, those who continue to serve, and the freedom we have to build a better future together.

One of the things I'm most proud of isn't what happens on the jobsite.

It's what happens before we ever get there.

Every floor panel is built in our shop where our team can focus on accuracy and quality without fighting weather or constantly moving materials around.

That preparation changes everything once we're on site. Instead of spending days building a floor one board at a time, we can often set and sheath the entire floor in a day, stand walls the next day, and be ready for trusses by the end of the week.

People sometimes ask how we're able to move so quickly on site.

The answer isn't that we work faster.

It's that we do a lot of the work before the truck ever leaves the shop.
