NOW HIRING: Fleet & Equipment Mechanic, Durango, CO $30–$35/hr based on experience · Full-time · Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Branson Road Works is growing, and we need a mechanic who takes pride in keeping equipment safe, compliant, and ready to roll. You'll work under our Equipment Manager on striping trucks, Class 8s, pickups, TMA trucks, trailers, loaders, and more.

WHAT YOU NEED

1+ year of hands-on gas and/or diesel experience
Working knowledge of hydraulics
A valid driver's license (Class A CDL preferred)
Your own tools
A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. We'll train you on our specialty equipment.

WHAT YOU GET

$30–$35/hr based on experience, with a higher rate for Class A CDL holders
A steady Monday–Friday day shift, mostly in the shop
Daily per diem on occasional out-of-town repairs
After 90 days: paid holidays plus a floating holiday, accrued PTO, 401(k) with up to 4% match, $150/month health allowance, and a $300/year boot and clothing allowance

What you'll be doing:
- Setting up and supervising traffic control work zones on active roadway and highway projects
- Making sure the site runs to MUTCD standards and the approved traffic control plan
- Directing and training flaggers and crew members on-site
- Running daily inspections of signage, cones, barricades, and traffic control devices
- Communicating directly with GCs and DOT inspectors on-site

What you need:
- ATTSA Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) certification or Colorado Traffic Control Supervisor certification
- Experience supervising a traffic control crew on active work zones
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Willing to travel and stay overnight for out-of-town projects
